REFUND POLICY
All products sold by Wild Child Custom Play LLC are custom-made and are final sale. As such, products are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. At our discretion, we may arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. Any refund, if issued, will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
If a manufacturer allows returns, any such return will be governed solely by the manufacturer’s return policy, if any.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery. We recommend inspecting all items promptly upon receipt and obtaining appropriate shipping insurance where applicable. Claims submitted after the inspection window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
